Mama Doris Ndingane is well known for her dynamic character as she runs no less than three community projects; dairy, poultry and food plot (10000sqm). She manages over 30 community members specifically women and has involved the youth in the food plot project.

Sustainable skills training:

Cooking & baking
The centre's menu has been changed since the course, pancakes and muffins amongst other items are being sold.

Siyabonga bread oven
From the first day of training the 4 members they have been selling up to 20 loaves of bread a day. Their vision is to sell no less than 100 per day.

Sewing
Attended the beginners sewing course in January 2008 and has since done the advanced and other workshops. The sewing project is growing from strength to strength.

Food gardens
Mama Doris manages a 10000sqm food plot which also includes them propagating their own seedlings.

Poultry
Clover Mama Afrika has assisted her with obtaining chicks to improve on their poultry project which is growing from strength to strength.
